30 days, no restocking fee, used gear welcome back. Message us and we will send return instructions — you do not need to explain yourself.

Before you write to us
How do I start a return?
Email us with your order number within 30 days of delivery. We will send instructions the same day. No restocking fee, and used gear is fine — that is the entire point of a 30-day window.
Where is my order?
You will get tracking by email once it ships. If tracking has not moved in 48 hours, message us with your order number and we will chase the carrier ourselves rather than sending you to do it.
Can you help me pick between two products?
Yes, and this is the best use of our inbox. Tell us the trip and we will tell you which one fits — or that neither does. We would rather lose one sale than gain one return.
Do you ship outside the US?
Check the current list of destinations and rates on our shipping policy page. If your country is not listed, message us and we will tell you honestly whether we can get it to you.
