Clarion Camping Co. operates this store. You can reach us through our contact page.
Orders and pricing
- Prices are shown in US dollars and include no hidden fees. Shipping is calculated and displayed in the cart before payment.
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a confirmation email.
- We may decline or cancel an order — for example where an item is unavailable, where a price or description was clearly wrong, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, you get a full refund.
- We try hard to keep listings accurate. Where a specification comes from the manufacturer we say so on the product page. Manufacturer specifications are theirs, not measurements we have independently verified, and we describe them that way deliberately.

Using our gear safely
Camping and hiking carry real risks. The guides and advice on this site are general information written to be genuinely useful, not professional instruction, and they cannot account for your conditions, your experience or your equipment.
- Temperature ratings, waterproof ratings, load ratings and filtration claims are manufacturer figures. Treat them as ratings, not guarantees.
- Follow the manufacturer's instructions supplied with any product, particularly for stoves, fuel and anything involving fire.
- Never use a fuel-burning appliance or heater inside a tent or enclosed space.
- You are responsible for your own decisions outdoors, including checking conditions, regulations and your own capability.

The text, guides, photography and design on this site belong to Clarion Camping Co. or are licensed to us. You are welcome to link to our guides and to print the Camp Checklist for your own use. Please do not republish our content as your own.
Your account and communications
You do not need an account to buy from us. If you create one, keep your credentials secure. If you subscribe to our emails you can unsubscribe from any of them in one click.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Clarion Camping Co. is established.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published here at the time you order is the version that applies.
