Camp Kitchen

Hot food and a hot drink do a disproportionate amount of emotional work outdoors. A camp kitchen is a workflow before it is a set of objects: somewhere to prep, somewhere to heat, somewhere to serve, somewhere to wash. Get those four stations laid out and cooking stops being a chore.

Start with one burner and one nesting pot set — enough for two to four people if you plan one-pot meals, which you should. Note that our water filter removes bacteria and protozoa, not viruses, which is why we call it a filter. The camp kitchen that fits in one box.
