30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you're not completely satisfied within 30 days of delivery, we'll make it right — full refund or exchange, no questions asked.

How to start a return: Email support@clarioncamping.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1 business day with a prepaid return label.

Conditions.

  • Items must be returned in original or equivalent packaging

  • Defective or damaged items are eligible for full refund regardless of condition

  • Sale items are eligible for store credit

  • Bundles must be returned as complete sets

Refund timeline: Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your return. Your bank may take an additional 2–5 days to post the credit.

Damaged on arrival: Email us a photo within 48 hours and we'll ship a replacement immediately at no cost — no return required.
