Shipping Policy

Processing time: Orders ship within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping options

• Standard Shipping (5–10 business days): $4.99

• Expedited Shipping (3–5 business days): $12.99

• Free Standard Shipping on all orders $50 and over, applied automatically at checkout

Multiple parcels: Some orders (bundles especially) ship from more than one facility and may arrive on different days. Every parcel is tracked separately.

Order tracking: Tracking is emailed when your order ships. Allow 24 hours for the carrier's system to begin updating.

Shipping area: We currently ship within the United States.

Lost or stolen packages: If tracking shows delivered but the package isn't there, contact us within 5 days at support@clarioncamping.com and we'll investigate or reship.
